Who We Are
Creations in Catering began from a vision local entrepreneur Michael Rabe had about the food industry in 1985. Seeing national trends moving toward creating incredible events in non-traditional dining areas, Mike wanted to bring this superb option to his home in Honolulu, Hawaii.

By focusing on pioneering industry standards, learning trade secrets at national catering conventions and consistently raising the bar, Creations in Catering blossomed into a full-service catering company specializing in producing successful and memorable "on-premise" and "off-premise" catered functions and special events. Known in the industry for producing award-winning presentations, Creations in Catering has gained recognition on the international, national and local levels for its expertise and creativity.
