Additional information:	We are looking for a relaxed and casual affair. long tables set up in a giant "U" in the spirit of a family dinner. We like the idea of having a fancy BBQ. lobster, steak, tuna etc.. no burgers or pig roasts. Buffet style is perfect. Tables, seating, linens and place settings will also be needed, but we can always get them elsewhere if you can not provide them.
