Additional information:	Hello, 1. We are looking to have for catering services for our wedding. We are getting married in Newport, NH at the Soonipi Lodge, on Saturday July 19, 2008. At or around 4:00p.m We are looking for a for a reception that will be hosted outdoors in a tent. The facilty does have 3 fridges and there is electrical outlets. The facilty does have two conventional ovens. If this isn't enough room, it also has an open area in the downstairs portion with electrical hookups. We are having approxiamtely 75-80 people attending. That is including bridal party. If your company offers it, we are looking for tent to accomadate that many people, dancefloor, rectangular dining tables, two appetizer tables, cake and gift tables, linens and napkins. We would like porcelain dishes, glassware and stemware for tables (exclusion, plastic for bar) , and silverware and serving ware. We would need servers for the tables. 1 for the Bride and Groom.
